The third and final rock music awards is presented in a two hour live broadcast from the Hollywood Palladium. Fleetwood Mac dominates with five awards. The hosts: Olivia Newton-John and Peter Frampton, honoring winners in 15 categories judged by a nationwide panel of critics.
