Performers are pianists Jose And Amparo Iturbi, brother and sister, and these husband and wife teams : singer Dorothy Collins and bandleader-songwriter husband Raymond Scott, the dance team of Marge and Gower Champion, singers Gordon and Sheila MacRae, and guitarist Les Paul and singer Mary Ford. Donald Voorhees conducts the Bell Telephone Orchestra. Highlights: Jazz songs for two: Dorothy Collins and the Raymond Scott Quintet offer Scott compositions: "Toy Trumpet," "18th Century Drawing Room," "Huckleberry Duck," "Twilight In Turkey," "Mountain High, Valley Low," and "Powerhouse." Dancing To Nursery Rhymes, with Marge and Gower Champion, choreographed by Gower Champion. Songs From Broadway: Gordon and Sheila MacRae sing "We're In Love With New York," "Take Me Along," " I Once Knew A Fella," "Do Re Mi," "Little Tin Box," "Everything's Coming Up Roses," and "Together, Wherever We Go." New Sound In Song: Les Paul and Mary Ford perform "World Is Waiting For The Sunrise," "Vaya con Dios," "Good Old Summertime," "Sidewalks Of New York," and "Song In Blue." Music For Two Pianos: Jose and Amparo Iturbi play the first of Chabrier's "Three Romantic Waltzes," and the second of Infante's "Three Andalusian Dances."
